Consulting Overview
Our technical team is highly skilled in the IBM Rational portfolio and is called upon globally to deliver the heavy lifting of IBM Rational tool implementations. Ascendant consultants can be embedded with your team as coaches or technical staff-augmentation to assist with IBM Rational tool implementations. With our APEX transformation process, we can also support an enterprise-scale process and tool deployment.
CLM Delivery Accelerators

Ascendant’s CLM Delivery Accelerator offerings ensure that new processes and tools ‘stick’ by helping you focus on process adoption rather than process definition. Atech’s CLM Delivery Accelerator offers a combination of consultative training and coaching designed to accelerate the adoption of the CLM solution.
Training Overview
Job-relevant training is provided for two distinct groups: Team Members and Administrators.
- Team Member training: Workshop-based training simulates project lifecycle and day-in-the-life scenarios though a combination of lecture and hands-on-tool experience. The focus is on daily usage as opposed to exposure to administrative and functions.
- Administrator training: Traditional Rational classroom training that takes a deep dive into the capabilities and administrative best practices for the CLM products.
Coaching Overview
Each Accelerator provides 4-8 weeks of coaching on a real project, ensuring that your team is able to consistently and confidently apply what was learned in the classroom. Retrospectives are scheduled throughout to harvest team feedback and lessons learned so that they can be applied in future efforts.
